Todd Glass is the co-owner and broker for Northland Commercial, LLC. Todd, along with co-owner Blaine Eggum, founded Northland Commercial, LLC as a full service commercial real estate property management, and brokerage in September 2006. Over the last decade as a principal of Northland Commercial, Todd has been involved in both the purchases of over 400,000 square feet and sales of nearly 200,000 square feet of commercial real estate, valued over $55 million. Todd a Minnesota licensed broker since 2006, has professionally managed, and leased commercial property for 25 years.

Todd’s experience in the industry allows him to venture into all areas of real estate. Some of his recent property acquisitions include Tamarack Hills 539 and 659, totaling over 41,000 square feet of Class A office space in Woodbury.

A Minnesota native, Todd has both an Accounting and a Business Administration degree from Bemidji State University. He has been a licensed Minnesota Real Estate agent since 2000 and a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker since 2006.

Blaine Eggum is the co-owner and real estate agent for Northland Commercial, LLC. Blaine, along with co-owner Todd Glass, founded Northland Commercial as a full service commercial real estate property management, and brokerage in September 2006. Blaine’s extensive experience in the industry extends to maintenance management, leasing and all other aspects of property management. Along with Todd, his recent property acquisitions include Tamarack Hills 539 and 659, totaling over 41,000 square feet of Class A office space in Woodbury.

A Minnesota native, Blaine has a Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. He has been a licensed Minnesota Real Estate agent since 2001.
