Todd Glass and Blaine Eggum founded Northland Commercial, LLC in 2006. Because Northland Commercial is capable of providing hands on management, Todd and Blaine are able to respond quickly and effectively to obtain and provide information, solve problems and control costs. They have a tight-knit family relationship built on a strong line of communication with their tenants.
